Plum pie for the soul

I made some super easy plum pie during the weekend.

Plum pie

3 dl wheat flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanillin sugar
1/2-1 teaspoon of cardamom
2 dl sugar
3/4 dl oil or 100 g melted butter
2 eggs
1,5 dl milk
halved plums (fresh or frozen), I think I used 10 plums

Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add oil or butter, eggs and milk and blend it all out. Pour the dough into an oiled pie mould and place the halved plums on top. Bake the pie in the oven at 175 degrees Celcius for 25-35 minutes.
